Photo Supreme is a product delivered to you by IDimager Systems. Information posted/collected to/by the IDimager website, (e)mail service or support is subject to this IDimager Systems privacy policy:
General Information
After you purchase our software we collect some minimal personal information about you to be able to maintain your records. We will ask for your e-mail address, your personal name and your address details.

For payments you will be forwarded to an independent payment service like MyCommerce or ShareIt, where you will place your order. The information entered there is subject to the respective service’s privacy policy. None of these payment services hand out your credit card information to us. After your order is processed and full payment is received, they will provide us with your name, graphical information and an order reference record as generated by the service.

When using IDimager’s additional services, like the website, the support forum, etc, your browser will automatically send information to our servers. This information contains your IP address, the page you request, and your global browser information (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer). This information is automatically recorded by the server logs and will be used by IDimager to analyze the coverage and intensity of the respective IDimager service. This analysis may result in improved future service and is used in an aggregated form; e.g. 80.2% of the visitors use Internet Explorer. This information will not be sold, leased, rented or otherwise handed out to third parties.

Your information is stored on our servers, which is protected by sophisticated firewall systems. These servers are located in a secure environment behind locked doors. Access to this server room is given only to a few authorized employees. All employees who have access to your personal data are bound to silence with regard to third parties.

B. To analyze the users visiting IDimager from specific geographical regions.

When you post an opinion or message on the forums, your IDimager member name is visible to other members. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other visitors in return.

IDimager does not share personal information about you with other people or non affiliated companies without your consent except to provide products or services you’ve requested and in the following circumstances:

Editing account information

Your IDimager Account Information is password-protected. In certain areas IDimager uses SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. We may send you certain communications relating to the IDimager services, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your IDimager account. You can ask us to change or delete your IDimager Account Information, at any time. You can ask us to stop or limit the usage of some or all of your IDimager Account Information that we no longer need in order to provide service to you, or have legal rights to retain. You may request a copy of your IDimager Account Information that we have at the time.
Queries about your IDimager Account Information can be sent info@idimager.com or through the website. Upon receipt we will evaluate your request and inform you how we intend to proceed. IDimager will respond to your request within thirty days after receiving it.

Privacy protection of children

Our services are not suited for children under the age of 13. We operate our service in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and do not knowingly collect, store or use personal information from youths under the age of 13.
